Final Thoughts
The Phils are on a bit of a roll since the All-Star break.
Young players getting opportunities to play have been powering the team’s recent success, particularly the young outfield of Nick Williams, Aaron Altherr, and Odubel Herrera providing most of the offense.
Williams has cooled a bit this week, but has been off to a very impressive start to his career. Altherr has shown all season that he can be an everyday player. Herrera is frustrating, but when he’s got, he’s a dangerous player as well.
