Final Thoughts
A demoralizing doubleheader that ends with two Phillies losses.
The team might want to think about shutting Nick Pivetta down at this point. Pivetta has seen his ERA shoot up from the 4.00’s, to the 5.00’s, to the 6.00’s, and its now dangerously close to the 7.00’s. He’s overmatched right now and his confidence is shot. Get him out and try him again in Spring Training next year.
