- Hoby Milner got the first two outs of the sixth, and Victor Arano got the final out.
- Arano came back out to pitch a scoreless seventh.
- Luis Garcia got the team through the eighth.
- Hector Neris got the save, his 20th in a row.
At The Plate
- The offense put up seven runs on nine hits.
- Cesar Hernandez went 0-2, but worked three walks.
- Freddy Galvis went 1-5 with a single.
- Nick Williams went 0-4 with a walk.
- Rhys Hoskins went 0-1 with two walks.
- Aaron Altherr went 2-4 with a triple and drove in two runs.
- Odubel Herrera went 2-4 with a double and an RBI.
- Jorge Alfaro went 2-3, knocking in two runs.
- J.P. Crawford went 0-3 with a walk.
