Eagles Legends At Team’s Practice

Myself and thirty other Eagles Legends (former Eagles players) were invited to the team’s practice yesterday by Doug Pederson and we had a great time checking the Birds out during a workout in preparation for their Thursday night battle against the Cleveland Browns.  Most of the guys were reliving the times when they were out on the practice field preparing for an upcoming game.

Former Eagles players like quarterback Ron Jaworski and NBC 10 morning host and former kick returner Vai Sikahema were there spending some time with their former teammates. The current analyst on the Eagles radio broadcasts MIke Quick, Eagles analyst on NBC Sports Philadelphia’s Quick Slants and former Eagles offensive tackle Barrett Brooks was in attendance.  Former Eagles center Jamaal Jackson who does the post game on WIP was there spending some time with the team’s offensive linemen.  John Booty, who does a Redskins show in Washington, D.C. was on hand to check out the Birds.

Former Eagles wide receiver Harold Carmichael,  wide receiver Jason Avant, defensive end Trent Cole, defensive tackle Darwin Walker, defensive tackle Hollis Thomas, defensive end Byron Darby, safety Randy Logan, offensive guard/center Gerry Feehery, linebacker Reggie Wilkes, safety Quintin Mikell, safety Kevin Reilly, and quite a few others enjoyed lunch, then went out on the practice field for the workout.

Hey Gary, I’m a big fan of rookie RB Josh Adams. Is there any word on what his injury is and when he’ll return from injury to practice/play?
