According to Philly.com, the Eagles will not use the franchise tag on any of their free agents.
The Eagles list of free agents includes: Brian Dawkins, Jon Runyan, William "Tra" Thomas, L.J. Smith and Correll Buckhalter.
It won't be a surprise if they don't use the franchise tag on any of these guys because their list of free agents won't be attractive to other teams.
I think there's a slight chance they could lose Buckhalter because he's said he will leave if he gets the chance to start elsewhere.
