Could you have imagined what would have been said had the Eagles traded out of the 1st round for the 3rd year in a row?
Clark Judge of CBSsports.com tells us that the Jets made Andy Reid and company a serious offer for that first round pick.
"Instead, they moved up two spots to draft wide receiver Jeremy Maclin at the 19th spot. But that was only after they were approached by the Jets with an offer of four draft picks, including two in 2010. According to someone with knowledge of the situation, one of those was "a high first-day pick," and the other was a high second-day choice — presumably a third or fourth rounder."
I'm glad they didn't take the offer because you can't keep putting off making these picks. That's talent which you're not putting on your football team.
Wohh just what I was searching for, appreciate it for posting. I love your website!
