Happy Father's Day to all of the Dads. I hope you enjoy today. I'm going to enjoy checking out Tiger Woods today and he battles in the U.S. Open. I wonder if his competition is going to be able to compete with all of the pressure on them. There's nothing like seeing a superstar in their prime competing with the pressure on. It'll be a great way to spend your Father's Day.
The Phils got a big one last night against the Tigers. Now they've got to win the series by taking the game today. The baseball season is too long for Philly, because everybody wants to declare this or declare that about the team but the season is so long and there are so many ups and downs that you have sit back and chill for awhile. Philly doesn't chill, it wants to make a judgement right now and it's hard to do that in baseball.
That was funny that Jeff Garcia said he felt snubbed when the Eagles didn't make an offer. He didn't sound like he felt snubbed when he was telling Tampa Bay fans that they were the best fans in the NFL. Garcia is getting as much money as he can because he knows it's almost over for him. He wouldn't have signed here in Philly for two million when he knew there might have been more money out there for him. I'm happy for him but stop the nonsense that he felt snubbed.
