Does Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth have time to do anything other than break the law? I’m sure you heard about the guy who accused him of assaulting him in a road rage incident a week or so ago.
This isn’t a joke. I just found out that a waitress in D.C. is accusing him of assaulting her.
She says the Big Fella assaulted her at the W Hotel in Washington.
Haynesworth’s agent Chad Speck released this statement.
“There seems to be no truth to these allegations. We are currently evaluating facts and considering our own legal action against those involved.”
There are only two answers to these two cases. Either Haynesworth has lost his mind or people are trying to put a few dollars in his pocket in this tough economy.
I hope the Eagles pass on trying to get this idiot, he is bad news!

According to the police report acquired by NBC Washington, the waitress had her hands full with glasses when Haynesworth tried to pay his bill by giving her a credit card. Per the report, Haynesworth asked if he could place the card in her short near her breasts. The waitress nodded yes and Haynesworth placed the card there before sliding his hand in and beginning to “caress her breast.” The incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday and a police report was filed at 5:15 a.m
