Despite the fact that the Eagles weren't able to land
a marquee wide receiver, Donovan Mcnabb's career with the Birds will still be on the line. He's got to make chicken salad without having much chicken. He's got to hope the front office gets him a young receiver who can either dominate in the red zone or stretch the pass coverage by getting deep.
The other thing McNabb has to hope for is the play of his tight ends. He knows the return of L.J. Smith will give him a reliable threat in the red zone. They'll also hope to get more production out of the team's second tight end, either Brent Celek or new tight end Kris Wilson.
Still they must get some help for McNabb and all everything running back Brian Westbrook,
