The Cowboys want Terry Glenn to sign an injury settlement
which will clear them of having to pay his full salary if he injures his knee during off season workouts. They want him to agree to a $500,000 injury settlement. His salary is $1.76 million and the team would be on the hook for the entire amount if he were to get injured without the settlement agreement.
It sounds like good old-fashioned business.
