I was talking to Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro in the green room at Comcast Sportsnet yesterday.
He was in a good mood because he had just inked Shane Victorino and Joe Blanton to deals for next season.
Of course Victorino a key piece in the outfield and he got some big hits in the Phils post season run. He also won his first Gold Glove last season.
Blanton won two games for the Phils in the post season and who will ever forget that line drive home run he hit in the World Series.
