Juan Castillo was barking techinque all day to his cattle on the "O" line.
They've got some big boys upfront. They're not as tall as they were before with Tra Thomas and Jon Runyan at tackle but they are thicker and more powerful.
Jason Peters is a beast with quick feet at the left tackle spot. You can see the Birds can run behind this big fella if they want to do so. Trent Cole was giving him a workout coming around the corner during the team drills.
Shawn Andrews played right tackle today with his brother Stacy on the side checking out the workout. Shawn looked good at the spot and shows why he's one of the best athletes playing on the offensive line in the league.
Nick Cole played right guard and Mike McGlynn played left guard in Herremans place.
Shawn wouldn't give the media a straight answer after practice. He was in there just clowning around the entire time.
Andy Reid said after practice that Shawn has to like the fact that his brother and former college roommate are lining up next to him on the Birds offensive line. I know the Birds are hoping that the familiarity keeps Shawn going in the right direction.
