Favre Is Like Most Quarterbacks, It’s All About Him

Everybody got a glimpse of what selfish monsters are created when we worship these quarterbacks day and day out.

After Brett Favre had let down the other 52 guys on his football team, he felt sorry not for his teammates, but for his daughter who he had promised he’d win another Super Bowl.

He obviously feels that it’s all about him and not the team.

Yes he made a lot of plays this year which put the team in position to go to the Super Bowl but Favre thinks everything is about him.

Quarterbacks are important but teams win and teams lose.

The quarterback can’t complete a pass unless his receivers do their jobs.  He can’t get the pass off if his line doesn’t give him time.

I will give Peyton Manning credit for playing a great game on Sunday against the Jets but I have to give wide receiver Pierre Garcon a good deal of credit as well.  Also their defense which started slow by giving up 17 points in the first half, they
