The Eagles don't know what they're going to do in the 2nd round of the upcoming NFL draft, because they don't know what the other teams are going to do. With that being said, they're not sure about the 2nd round, but I guarantee you what they get in 1st round will affect what they get in the 2nd.
If they grab an offensive tackle in the first round they'll probably be looking for a wide receiver and punt returner type in the 2nd round. Much of what they'll have to do will be to have enough options to go to. Many times the team drafting before them will do the unexpected.
