I'm very high on Eagles probable new middle linebacker Stewart Bradley. If you read the article by Les Bowen today on Philly.com, Bradley has been busy working with the linebacker coach and preparing for the upcoming season.
The Birds weren't as physical a year ago without Jeremiah Trotter in the middle. Trot weighed about 260 pounds during his prime and he put on lick on running backs and receivers every time he got the chance. The Eagles will have the same thing in Bradley.

The kid is 6'3",weighs 254 pounds and he can run. I like the fact that he's a take charge type of kid and his love of hitting with spread to the entire defense. It seems like the kid is smart and he picks up the defenses fairly quickly. He played big time college football at Nebraska.
I watched him all season a year ago, even when he wasn't starting. I watched him on the special teams and before that in training camp and this kid loves to hit. He's got good feet and he's a good coverage backer on running backs and tight ends.
The most important I like about Bradley is the fact that if he sees something he will go get. This is the way big play defensive players function. He only played two games a year ago on defense and he recorded a sack and an interception. This is what the Eagles need more of on their defense.
