Final Thoughts

The Phils finally snapped their losing streak, and managed to salvage a game from the weekend series with the Nationals.

It came on a day where Washington decided to rest both Bryce Harper and Ryan Zimmerman, otherwise the Phils may not have been as fortunate.

Hoskins looks ready for sure, but they are still not in a hurry. With the bullpen, they are gonna have trouble completing at all, They are gonna wait until June or later for most of these guys and maybe longer for Alfaro.

its silly. when guys are ready they should be playing. guy should get his feet wet as early as possible if he is dominating little league consistently like he is and has been. no sense on a team like this to prolong anything

Still gets 3 months of the season and they want to give Joseph a long look before they let him go. You may not like that, but they don’t seem to be ready to give up on him yet. That means that Hoskins wouldn’t get regular ABs which doesn’t do him any good.
