Final Thoughts
Aaron Nola’s consistency is an issue once again.
Good start, bad start, good start, bad start.
Nola had a three-inning clunker three starts ago. He followed that with a shining eight-inning effort last week. Today, he came up with a mediocre five-inning showing.
Nola’s shown flashes of being a quality starter in this league, but hasn’t been able to sustain it. Perhaps its something he’ll get better with later in his career, but for the time being its a source of frustration for Phillies’ fans.
