The Seattle Post Intelligencer is reporting that the Seahawks have told Shaun Alexander they're releasing him.
Alexander had a great year when he was MVP and led the Seahawks to the Super Bowl, but since then he has been stealing like Ali Baba And The Forty Thieves.
