Terrell Owens Debuts New Show, Tonight

Terrell Owens will debut his reality show tonight at 10 pm on VH-1.  The name of the show will be "The T.O. Show" and it will glimpes of Owens' private life as he looks for the right lady to settle down with.  Stop laughing.

His publicist Monique Jackson is one of the main characters in the show.  She says we're going to see a different side of Owens.  "He's human. He has feelings. He has a life story," Jackson said. "There are all these layers that you don't understand, and all you see is this crazy body with phenomenal athletic abilities and this character."

Comments regarding the sudden death of Michael Jackson:
“I’ve had so many mixed emotions about it. When I first heard about it, I didn’t want to believe it. It threw me for a loop and the first thing I thought about was, ‘I never got a chance to meet Mike’…This guy taught me to dance…We had a Michael Jackson contest locally in my hometown…and I won first place…I had the newspaper article of when I won that contest like on my little mantle…I’ve been a fan of his for years.”

Comments regarding the murder of Steve McNair:
“I did know him…It was very, very sad to hear [about his murder]…Even though he’s retired, that’s NFL family. So, my heart goes out to his family, his wife and kids. It’s a tragic thing…I think he should be remembered for what people know his as…You want to remember a guy for what he’s done…He was a good man. A good player and he was a good husband…He brought a lot to this game. Brought a lot to the Tennessee Titans and God bless him, rest in peace and best wishes to his family.”

Despite conflict, Owens has only kind words regarding his time playing for the Dallas Cowboys:
“I think at this point, I’ve tried to move on…I had a great stint there. I enjoyed my time there. I have great friends there still and I think that’s why I feel like I can move on because I know I wouldn’t have the friends that still reach out on the constant basis as they still do now if I was such a bad teammate.”

When Owens was dropped by the Dallas Cowboys, he admits he felt betrayed:
“I know I was lied to…It’s very disappointing. I went through a range of emotions of being upset, disappointed. I think the most disappointing thing was me establishing my friendship the last 2-3 years and then everybody reaching out and telling me, I had my own teammates saying, ‘You’re being used as a scapegoat.’”

As for his relationship with former fellow Cowboy, Tony Romo:
“I haven’t talked to Tony since the release, so you can gauge from that. Other than that, I’ve been focused on Buffalo and looking forward to the upcoming season…I’ve got a great group of guys to work with. It’s going to be exciting.”
