The Eagles have another preseason game this week. This time they play the Oakland Raiders, who would have trouble beating some of the top college teams.
They have a head coach who could be arrested any day now and they have a quarterback, JaMarcus Russell, who shows up late and misses meetings, then plays like it during the games.
There have been multiple reports circulating about the fact that he’s not sold on working hard to prepare for games.
He’s guaranteed $30 million dollar whether he ever proves he can play or not.
The Raiders should be taken from Al Davis for the sake of the league. He’s ruining the great legacy he had established with that football team, now he will be remembered for incompetence.
I can remember them coming to town five years ago and Al and his front office looks like some guys hanging out at a retirement home. They were walking with canes and oxygen tanks.
Al should bring in somebody who is young enough and strong enough to properly run the business.
The Raiders are bad but it’s not just the Raiders, there are a lot of bad teams in the NFl, in fact there are too many bad teams in the NFL.
Check them out. The Bucs, Raiders, Rams, Chiefs, Titans, Bills, Lions and Browns are all pathetic football teams.
That’s eight teams out of the thirty-two squads in the NFL. That’s a quarter of the league. How could that much of the league be so bad?
For the most part they have young quarterbacks, who don’t have the support systems around them to keep them aright. Some of these teams will take years to get themselves together.
